This phone is from the gray french market. So, it is not covered with a usa warrenty . I have had no problems with this phone.

i got the phone and does not work, i have to go to TIGERDIRECT in order to change it and the new one doesn't work !!! i got the 3rd one and is working, i don't know for how long !! ....
