Motorola phones are the BEST. High quality and perfectly priced. It doesn't get any better. This phone really works out nicely for keeping in contact with my kids this summer and for a low price. Tracfone is a wonderful service and has great coverage as well. I definitely reccommend this phone & service to everyone :)

What a nightmare! I was attempting to update my old Nokia cell phone, which has been a wonderful, reliable phone -but after six years the battery wasn't holding its charge as long, and the back cover occasionally came off, so I decided to replace it. I liked it so much I tried to get another Nokia, but Tracfone no longer supports that manufacturer. So I ordered the Motorola W260g. It was defective; after a 5+ hour charging, absolutely nothing.
