When I ordered this product, I was under the impression I was purchasing a gently-used copy of the original DVD. When I received it, I was excited to see it was still in the shrink wrap - I had paid for a used copy and gotten a new one! But my excitement was short-lived. The DVD would not play in my DVD player. It worked on my computer and my mom's computer, but not in my DVD player. So I gave the disk to my parents, hoping it would work for them. It...
